11.05 When an aircraft engine is left running
on the ground and no person remains onboard, the aircraft's movement
must be restricted and
- it must remain in sight of the pilot at all times.
- it must not be left unattended.
- its gross weight must be below 4,409 LB (2,000 kg).
- its control locks must be installed.
